2.1 Booking Services: By booking a service with DetailingLine, you agree to the specified terms and conditions for that particular service. You will be required to provide accurate details during the booking process.
2.2 Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly. Please note, the deposit is retained by DetailingLine and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2.3 Remaining Payment: The remaining balance for the service will be due at the time of vehicle pickup. This balance must be paid in full before the car is released. No vehicle will be returned until the full payment is received.
2.4 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, JCB, Discover, cash, and other commonly accepted payment options.
3.1 Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that any deposits paid are non-refundable.
3.2 Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for deposits or any other payments made. All services provided by DetailingLine are final once paid.
4.1 Service Liability: While we aim to deliver the highest quality service, DetailingLine is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from the service provided, including but not limited to vehicle defects or problems not identified during the service.
4.2 Third-Party Liability: DetailingLine is not responsible for any damages or accidents caused by external factors, including but not limited to accidents during transport or damage caused by a third party.
5.1 Privacy Policy: By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We may collect personal data such as your name, contact information, and payment details for processing your booking and providing services.
5.2 Data Protection: We comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, to protect your personal information.
6.1 Vehicle Pickup: The service will only begin once you drop off the vehicle or our team collects it. Any issues or delays at the time of vehicle drop-off must be discussed with our team.
6.2 Vehicle Delivery: Your vehicle will be returned once full payment has been received for the services rendered. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your vehicle will be held until payment is made.
7.1 Resolution Process: In case of any disputes, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so that we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be handled through legal action in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant laws.
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Boston, UK.
